This is the formative assessment I created for my "Making 10 to Add" lesson. I used a three question multiple choice assessment because my students are in first grade and will need their parents to help them with it. It can be finished very quickly and parents will be able to write me comments and explain if their students understood the content. This will also be used as a way for me to see who watched the video and who did not. All of the students in my class have various abilities on the computer and this is an easy way for all students to be able to complete the assessments because it is simple and should be easy for them and their parents to complete. The main point of the lesson is for students to show their parents what we are learning, so that they are able to help them with their homework using the strategy we have learned.
